My Style.
I am ambitious for my clients . I support you with a raft of coaching tools, setting you actionable challenges and ongoing inquiries.
My style is compassionate, robust, dynamic, playful, transparent and adjusted in line with each client and their needs. I make space for us to design the working relationship together and it is my job to identify how I might serve you best as a coach so you feel free explore all sorts of topics.
It is a privilege to witness the impact of this work on the lives of my clients, the individuals teams and companies I work with.
“Her coaching style is so adaptable and I've been repeatedly amazed at the answers that I didn't know existed within me and yet Heather's been able to help coax them out of me, coaching me on how to build solid plans to achieve my goals (professional and personal). I've always considered myself self-aware, but Heather's helped me identify such a strong sense of my values that I now feel it's an ingrained compass I use to make decisions on a daily basis.”
Current client.
I trained as an actor at RADA, I performed professionally before branching into directing, facilitation, and teaching. I worked with participants across a range of sectors (charitable, corporate & performance). I became curious about team structures, group dynamics but most of all the growth and development of individuals I worked with. Often, I was engaged as someone coming in to work on confidence and expression but increasingly I felt there was a deeper need, people were hungry to develop more of themselves, in other areas of their lives and in order to support this as fully as possible I decided to become a certified Life Coach.
I trained with Co-Active as the world leading standard for coaches. Many Fortune Global 500 companies choose Co-Active coaches because of their proven excellence and the lasting impact on individuals and organisations. The Co-Active approach resonated with my background in the arts, with an approach that is; experiential, personalised, somatic, creative and values led.
I am proud to be a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
